Para hacer backup de contactos yo utilizo qcontactz, sobre todo porque permite tambien guardar los contactos de correo electronico al usar la interfaz de Gmail y tambien las vcard, pero utilizo Gmail... asi que basicamente mis contactos lo tiene todos google.
