Arash co-founded Dropbox in 2007 and has served as a steward of its user experience and culture. Under his leadership, Dropbox has grown exponentially while retaining its simplicity and reliability.
Aditya leads our innovation efforts and manages our product engineering team. He founded Cove, which was acquired by Dropbox in 2011. Previously, he was the Director of Product Engineering at Facebook.
Carolyn leads the marketing team at Dropbox. Carolyn has nearly 20 years experience leading marketing organizations at high profile companies, including Electronic Arts.
Ajay leads our financial operations and strategy, including accounting, corporate development, IR, financial planning and analysis, tax, and real estate. Previously, he worked in investment banking and venture capital in roles at Morgan Stanley and NEA.
Dennis leads day-to-day operations at Dropbox, growing sales, partnerships, user operations, and several other teams. Formerly Google’s President of Americas, he oversaw Google’s acquisition of Motorola Mobility and then served as its CEO.
Amber develops and advocates public policy issues globally on behalf of Dropbox and our users. She was previously VP of Public Policy & Government Affairs for the Americas at Apple and held various positions in the US government.
Akhil leads the physical and technical infrastructure, technology operations, and network security teams, keeping hundreds of petabytes of data safe. He previously oversaw Google’s search ads infrastructure and products.
Thomas oversees the teams focused on bringing Dropbox to more customers globally, from individuals to small businesses to the largest enterprises. Previously, he was Microsoft’s Worldwide Vice President, SMB.
Arden oversees our global people team, including people operations and recruiting. Before Dropbox, she served as Google’s Global Head of People Operations for Marketing, New Business Development and Brand Sales.
As our head of product, Todd is responsible for building and scaling all of our products. Prior to Dropbox, he was Director of Product at Twitter, where he led the Content & Discovery team.
As head of business development, Michael focuses on increasing customer usage and engagement through our strategic relationships. He joined Dropbox from Electronic Arts, where he was Vice President of Business Development.
Bart leads our legal, trust & security, and public policy teams. Before joining Dropbox, Bart practiced law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he counseled early-stage and established technology companies.
Lin-Hua leads communications at Dropbox, overseeing our corporate, product, international, and analyst relations teams. She was previously Head of Corporate Communications at Square, Inc. and a partner at the Brunswick Group.
