Problemas con el Hybrid Backup y MyQnapCloud

I have an HS-251+
Firmware 4.5.4.2627
HybridBackup: v24.0.0304

My backup to My QnapCLoud storage (116 GB) was working OK but recently stop working giving an error (Network Error).

Tried deleting the space association and deleting the backup job.
Resetting the space association, resetting the backup job.
Didn't work.

Tried manually deleting the files in the Cloud Storage and restarting the backup.
It creates the directory structure but does not copy a single file and ends with an error:

• App Name: Hybrid Backup Sync
  Category: Job Status
  Message: [Hybrid Backup Sync] Failed to complete Sync job: "One-way Sync 1". Failed to connect to cloud storage service after multiple attempts. Check network settings.
  

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?

Revisa la conexión al myqnapcloud storage, parece que el problema es ese acceso.
