Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Diversity Recruiting efforts at Dropbox. You will oversee the design and reporting on our Diversity hiring across various functions: Engineering, Business, G&A, and University. You will also work closely with sourcers, recruiters, and event teams to broaden our Diverse pipeline. You will also work closely with our Analytics team to regularly report to Dropbox leaders our progress towards our hiring goals all Diversity Hiring Reporting
We are looking for someone with expertise in Diversity recruiting, project management expertise and the aptitude to drive rigor and critical thinking into Diversity Recruiting at Dropbox. You must have the capacity to design a plan, influence internal partners, use data to tell a story, and possess excellent communication skills that can be tailored to cross-functional audiences at every level. You will work in partnership with People team functions, including: All Functional Recruiting Teams and Sourcers, Technology and Operations, Events and People Analytics.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the strategy to recruit diverse candidates across various channels, and then help build operational plans to execute against these opportunities across recruiting
- Work in partnership with the various recruiting team and the People leadership team to identify key diversity recruiting programs, and then help build operational plans to execute against these opportunities
- Work closely with the Employee Resource Groups to define the strategy and partner for outreach and execution
- Ensure consistent project mgmt and reporting of our Diversity Recruiting efforts and results
- Prepare presentations and dashboards on a monthly and quarterly for executive-level audiences
Requirements
- 8–10 years experience in recruiting, diversity, and human resources role at a tech company; experience with a rapidly scaling business is a plus
- Proven track record of designing and implementing Diversity Recruiting Programs.
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellence as a writer and communicator
- Must be a self-starter and proactively drive projects
- Highly analytical, comfortable with large data sets, and able to extract business insights from analysis; strong financial modeling or statistical analysis skills are a plus
- Practical business sense with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their operational implications
- Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape
- Humble attitude with a willingness to shift from high-level strategic thinking to stepping in and helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
