Role Description
The Treasury Lead will be a key member of the Treasury team and will be hands on coordinating the company’s Treasury objectives across cash flow management, investments and foreign exchange. This full-time role will interface daily with internal departments and upper management, and the ideal candidate is detail-orientated and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Accounting, and local teams to master a detailed understanding of Dropbox's global cashflows and needs
- Own the monitoring of daily cash balances and allocations to optimize cash utilization globally
- Manage banking relationships to ensure appropriate cash operations are maintained to support business needs across the globe
- Lead the reporting and execution within Treasury related applications including Kyriba and FXAll
- Execute on movements of cash and FX transactions in coordination with the Treasurer
- Work with the Treasurer to establish and monitor FX and investment policies, monitoring and management program
Requirements
- 6+ years corporate finance, public accounting or capital markets experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Top performer that is willing to dive into the details, and looking to gain experience and grow finance related experience
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, but comfortable with ambiguity
- Exceptional ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate results
