Role Description  

As a Travel & Expense Analyst, you will help maintain our Travel and Expenses processes, audit Expense Reports and make sure that company policy and approval flows are maintained.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Travel and Expense query management through ticketing system
  • Audit of employee expense reports through Concur to manage compliance
  • Communicate with employees regarding exceptions found on reports on a timely basis
  • Drive training sessions for new hires on profile set up, travel, expense, and reporting
  • Assist with creation of ad-hoc reports
  • Assist in month-end process for T&E in Concur
  • Assist T&E Owner with project work
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Travel & Expense processes
  • Knowledge of Egencia travel tool is desired
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Strong time management skills who can work in a fast paced environment
