How do I view the billing history on my Dropbox Business account?
If you're the team admin of a Dropbox Business account, you can view billing history via the admin console.
View your Business account transaction history
- Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin account.
- Click Admin Console in the sidebar.
- Click Account in the sidebar.
- Click the Billing tab.
In the Billing history section, you'll see all of the transactions for the team, with the most recent appearing at the top of the list.
Note:
- There will be two different types of links listed— receipts and invoices. To see a specific transaction invoice or receipt, click the appropriate link.
- If you pay by manual invoice, you will not have a Billing tab. Instead, you'll receive an invoice directly from our billing team.
