How do I view the billing history on my Dropbox Business account?

If you're the team admin of a Dropbox Business account, you can view billing history via the admin console.

View your Business account transaction history

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin account.
  2. Click Admin Console in the sidebar.
  3. Click Account in the sidebar.
  4. Click the Billing tab.

In the Billing history section, you'll see all of the transactions for the team, with the most recent appearing at the top of the list.

Note:

  • There will be two different types of links listed— receipts and invoices. To see a specific transaction invoice or receipt, click the appropriate link.
  • If you pay by manual invoice, you will not have a Billing tab. Instead, you'll receive an invoice directly from our billing team.
