Growth Manager (nurture)

Role Description

We’re looking for a Growth Manager, focused on nurturing existing users, for Dropbox. This person would be responsible for optimizing the life cycle experience for users after purchase. The ideal candidate can leverage marketing and growth tactics to improve renewal and engagement metrics, is comfortable with A/B testing, and has experience executing campaigns across various channels (e.g. web, email, mobile) to drive user retention, engagement, and monetization

Responsibilities

  • Optimize retention and other key performance metrics; work with Growth & Monetization, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Design teams to ship improvements
  • Analyze data to monitor health of the subscriber base (e.g. renewal rates and volumes, key demographics & trends, etc.) and identify areas for improvement
  • Prioritize opportunities for improvement; generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies for campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage execution of A/B tests across emails, web, mobile, and other customer-facing commuinication platforms
  • Conduct post-experiment analyses and present recommendations and findings from test data

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL or Hive preferred
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders
  • Core understanding of subscription products and self-service sales preferred
